+ Which smartwatches is REFSIX compatiable with?

REFSIX works on the Apple Watch as well as most Android Wear watches, including Sony Smartwatch 3, Moto 360 Sport and many others. If your watch is not listed please e-mail us at contact@refsix.com, as we are always testing REFSIX on the latest watches.


+ Can I use REFSIX without a smartwatch?

Not really. We designed REFSIX to be quick and easy to use during the match and for that reason, all of the match incidents can only be recorded through the watch. Without a watch you can download and login to the mobile app, create fixtures and view any historical matches.


+ Do I need my mobile phone with me while refereeing a match?

No, we’ve designed the app to work in such a way you only need the watch with you on the pitch. You can sync data between your phone and the watch before and after the match.


+ Do I need access to wi-fi or an internet connection?

No, on match day no internet connection is necessary. Whenever you have internet the app will seamlessly sync with our cloud which allows you to see your fixtures through our website and across multiple devices.


+ What if I don't receive teamsheets before a game?

No problem, you can simply select player numbers without player names.


+ Is REFSIX available in any language other than English?

Our app is only currently available in English but we are looking to add new languages soon. Please e-mail us at contact@refsix.com with your requested language so we can add it to our list.


+ Where is REFSIX currently used?

REFSIX is currently being used in over 12 countries at all levels of the game. We’ve had FIFA referees use the app all the way to newly-qualified referees. This year the app was even used by a referee in an early round of the English FA Cup, which we are extremely proud of!


+ Something doesn't look right on my watch/phone
