Role: Operations Manager - Referee Program

Role Description:

As a leader in the Referee Programs department, the Operations Manager will be responsible for helping lead the business, project management, operations and day-to-day department initiatives in support of its technical objectives. The position is operational in nature, but an understanding of the U.S. Soccer landscape and refereeing is a plus. While the position is specific to Referee matters, the role will work to support the overall development of the game to help propel soccer to become the preeminent sport in the United States.
