Lockdown 2.0

Well here it is lockdown 2.0 and this time we are ready! There's going to be no reffing for a while! But thats okay we will come back rested and recharged ready to smash the second part of the season.

Now last time we went into lockdown some people tried to be super productive for the first few weeks and this was great but can also be unattainable. So this time we at REFSIX are going to post a little task everyday for you to do ( have no fear they aren't all going to be fitness related). We can do this together and we are going to make sure that we are there every step of the way

First up, set your goals for the lockdown. Does matter if they are big or small, just set something you can achieve.

Now i'm going to be real with you…. There are going to be some tough times and hard times, it may get a little overwhelming but that's okay. You aren’t on your own here. At the bottom of this blog I'm going to leave the number of people that you can contact if you aren't quite feeling yourself! And of course our inbox on all social media is open if you want to have a chat!
