These Referral terms are published by REFSIX (“we”, “us” and “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement for both Refereeing Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation. As promoter of the offer, legally we are required to give you our address. Our address is REFSIX Ltd, 51 Half Moon Lane, Worthing, West Sussex. You must have a valid REFSIX account to refer another user. You do not need to be a REFSIX PRO subscriber yourself.

How it works

1. You share your unique referral link with friends (you can find this in the REFSIX app). They tap the link and either register or login. They then:
   • Upgrade to REFSIX PRO using their discount code via the REFSIX website. They must select an annual plan to enable the discount

   The referral’s complete and you’ll get credit added to your account.

2. The person you refer is not eligible for the discount if they have ever been subscribed to REFSIX.
3. You can’t exchange your credit for an alternative. We can replace the credit with a different reward at any time.
4. Getting the credit starts on 1st October 2024. It doesn’t have an end date but we can change this at any time.
5. You must use your credit via our website. If you are an existing subscriber via an app store (Google Play or The App Store), you will need to cancel your subscription, then re-subscribe via our website. Your credit will be applied automatically at checkout.

When we won’t pay you for making a referral

1. We appreciate you sharing your unique referral link far and wide with folks you know. However, if we suspect that you’re gaming the offer then we have the right to stop paying or revoke credit. We’ll contact you to tell you that we’ve done this.
2. We can freeze your link and stop paying you the credit if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive or suspicious behaviour.
3. If the person that you referred doesn’t sign up and upgrade, you won’t get the credit.
4. If the person that you referred upgrades through the app instead of using your unique referral link, you won’t get the credit.
5. If a friend uses your code after you've deleted your account you will not get any credit for the referral.

Limited time offers

We may run limited time offers where you can earn a different reward after making a successful referral. If this applies, we’ll let you know how it works and how long it’s running for by email or in-app messages. You’ll always be able to check whether a limited promotion applies in the referral part of the app.

If you’re invited to join REFSIX

• Login or Register with REFSIX then upgrade to REFSIX PRO using the discount code via the REFSIX website. You must select an annual plan to enable the discount

1. You can be resident anywhere in the world where REFSIX is available in the official Google/Apple app stores.
2. If you’ve ever subscribed to REFSIX you’re not eligible for this offer.
3. The referral dicount can not be combined with any other discounts or coupons.
4. You can’t exchange your discount for an alternative, and we can replace it with another reward at any time.
5. Receiving the discount starts on 1st October 2024. There is currently no end date for receiving the discount but we can change this at any time.
6. We’ll keep the person who referred you updated on your progress.

The small print (in normal size)

1. If you take part in our referral scheme, we assume you’ve read and agree to these terms and conditions. If we suspect any fraud or breach of these terms, we can refuse to pay the credit or accept the discount or reverse a payment we’ve already made.
2. We’ll collect, store and process the data for everyone who takes part in line with our Privacy Notice.
3. You forfeit any credit that remains on your account should you request your account to be deleted.
4. English law applies to this referral scheme. Anyone who enters it submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
5. We reserve the right to remove credit at any time without notice.
6. We reserve the right to end the program at any time without notice.
