Whilst it is tempting to leave your cardio exercise until match day, it is vital to get some fitness in during the week. This prevents tiredness on the day, and enables you to focus on the game rather than how out of breath you are! We show you how to do some simple cardio during the week that doesn’t wear you out, but can make the difference on match day.
